Ingredients:
- 6 oranges, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 of a fennel or anise bulb
- Snipped fresh basil
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
- Arrange the orange slices on a platter.
- Using a peeler, shave the fennel into thin small stripes and sprinkle over oranges.
- Sprinkle basil and salt and pepper over salad.
- Serve.
