I face the usual challenges of coming up with recipes that would make my kids say – the best cafe in town is Mom’s kitchen cafe! What should I feed kids at breakfast so that they are energized throughout the day? What should be packed for lunch so that they can eat along with other kids and feel good about it? Snacks for after school? Finally, food that will bring happy appetites around the dinner table!
I plan to add recipes I have tried and found success with – at least with my kids, family and friends. Some recipes are vegan, and the rest are eggless-vegetarian. Please leave me a note if you find an error or a mistake.
