- 1 bunch lettuce
- 4-5 fresh plums, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 handful toasted almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh plum juice (mash 1 fresh plum to create plum juice)
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl thoroughly to create the dressing.
- In a separate bowl, mix the lettuce, plum, and dressing together. Top with almonds and enjoy!
